Delete your account

You can delete your Rally account directly in the iOS app:

Open Rally and go to Profile.
Scroll to account settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Account deletion deactivates your profile and removes active social access. Some historical records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Safety resources

If you feel unsafe because of another Rally member, you can hide your profile from them, block them, or report their profile or messages in the app. The person you report will not see who submitted the report. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then email support@therallyapp.co with details.

Rally may review reports and take enforcement action when behavior violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Rally does not promise to investigate or resolve every incident.
