Rally is a digital service. The current iOS release does not offer paid Rally+ purchases. This page explains complimentary Founding Member access and how cancellation and refunds would work if paid features are offered later. For the full legal terms, see our Terms of Service.
Rally provides digital access through the app. There is no physical product, shipping, or fulfillment. The current iOS release does not sell paid Rally+ or other paid digital features. If paid features are offered later, access would begin when a purchase is confirmed according to the activation flow shown at the time of purchase.
The current Rally iOS release does not offer paid Rally+ purchases through Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase, or an in-app checkout. You cannot currently buy Rally+ as a digital feature in the shipping app.
Rally may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If paid features are offered, applicable pricing, billing terms, and payment methods will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions, if offered, would renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Because paid Rally+ purchases are not currently offered in the iOS release, there is no live Stripe billing portal or Apple subscription to cancel for a current in-app purchase. If paid features are later offered and you purchase a subscription, how you cancel will depend on the payment method disclosed at purchase:
If membership is later purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple would control billing, renewal, and cancellation timing for those purchases.
If a purchase is processed by another provider disclosed at checkout, cancellation steps will be shown at the time of purchase. You can also email support@therallyapp.co with the email address tied to your Rally account.
You can delete your Rally account from Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not itself complete a purchase. If you later have an active paid subscription, you should still confirm cancellation with the applicable billing provider to avoid unexpected charges.
There is no current in-app Rally+ purchase to refund. If paid features are offered later and you make a purchase, refund requests must be submitted through the payment provider that processed your purchase:
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must be submitted to Apple through your Apple account. Rally cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
Email support@therallyapp.co with the email address tied to your Rally account and details about your purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
The first 1,000 eligible users on Rally may receive Rally Original recognition. Rally Originals receive complimentary access to Rally's core membership for the life of their account, subject to the Terms of Service. Rally Original status does not require a paid subscription.
Core running features remain available without a paid purchase in the current iOS release. Rally+ complimentary Founding Member access is described below. Rally may offer paid Rally+ features later; if it does, pricing and payment methods will be disclosed at the time of purchase. There is no free trial for a paid Rally+ plan because paid purchases are not currently offered.
During free launch periods, core Rally features may be available to all users without payment regardless of Rally Original status. Rally Original recognition and paid membership are separate programs with different eligibility rules.
Rally Free includes runs and clubs. Rally+ is the optional social layer. The current iOS release does not offer paid Rally+ purchases.
Activation requires completing your profile and joining, RSVPing to, or checking into an eligible run. Founding Member status does not require a paid subscription. You will not be charged automatically.
If paid plans are later offered, they would renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation would take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you would keep access through the paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase. Rally does not offer a money-back guarantee or automated refund program unless required by applicable law.
If you later purchase Rally+ or any paid membership, that purchase does not limit Rally's right to suspend or terminate an account for conduct violations. Paid users are subject to the same conduct rules as free users. If your account is suspended or terminated for misconduct, you may lose access to paid features immediately or at the end of your current billing period, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
