Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your Rally account and associated personal data is in the iOS app:

1. Open Rally and go to Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

After you confirm, your profile is deactivated, active social access is removed, your display name is anonymized, and profile content such as your bio is cleared. You are signed out on your device when the request is submitted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, or if you interacted with Rally only through a Meta ad or related Meta product and want your personal data deleted, email us:

support@therallyapp.co

Please include:

• The subject line Data Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your Rally account (if you have one)
• Any other details that help us locate your records (for example, a name used in a form or ad interaction)

We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

What we delete

When a deletion request is completed, Rally takes steps to:

• Deactivate your profile and remove active social access
• Anonymize your display name and clear profile content such as your bio
• Decline pending connection requests and remove related active social links where applicable
• Stop using your personal data for product features and marketing communications tied to your account

What we may retain

Rally does not guarantee complete erasure of every historical record at deletion time. Some messages, attendance history, safety reports, fraud-prevention records, and billing records may be retained where required for safety review, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Meta ads and related services

If you reached Rally through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement, or otherwise interacted with Rally via Meta, you can use the email request above to ask us to delete personal data Rally holds about you. Submitting a deletion request to Rally does not delete data held by Meta under Meta's own policies; manage Meta account and ad preferences in your Meta settings.
