About Rally
Rally is a platform that helps users discover running events, connect with communities, check into activities, and engage with fellow runners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Community Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform.
- Use Rally for unlawful purposes.
Events and Activities
Participation in running events and social activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, participation, travel, exercise, and social gatherings.
Rally does not organize, supervise, guarantee, or insure events listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.
Memberships and Payments
Certain features may require payment, including Founding Memberships and future subscription plans.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Rally and its content, branding, trademarks, and software are owned by Rally and protected by applicable laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community or platform.
Disclaimer
Rally is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rally harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Rally after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
